Since 1899

Our story

It is a pleasure to invite you to join the Moores Creek
Battleground Association. This non-profit
organization, founded March 7, 1899, determined
that the site of the Battle of Moores Creek Bridge was
one of the decisive actions of the opening phases of
the American Revolution. The Bridge is preserved
as a national shrine.
